Support
We read every message ourselves.
In an emergency, call 112 (India) first. Ayami is not an emergency service and cannot send help.

Common questions
My parent does not want the calls. How do they stop them?
They can say "band karo" during any call, or tell you. The calls stop and their number is added to a do-not-call list so Ayami does not ring it again. You can also pause or stop calls in the app, under their profile.
Can I pause calls while we visit, or during a festival?
Yes. In the app, open your parent's profile and plan a break. Calls resume on the date you set.
Is it a person or an AI calling?
It is an AI. It says so in the first sentence of every call. It speaks respectfully, uses simple words, and never gives medical advice or diagnoses anything.
What happens if my parent says something worrying?
If they mention a fall, chest pain, trouble breathing, bleeding or ask for help, you and your backup contacts are alerted straight away. Each alert says to call 112 first in an emergency.
My parent did not answer. What now?
Ayami tries again a little later. If calls keep going unanswered, you will see it in the app, and you can set when you want to be alerted about missed calls under Alert rules.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In the app, go to Settings → Plan. Cancelling stops future charges. Calls continue until the period you have already paid for ends. For a billing problem, write to us and we will help.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete it?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy and data. You can export everything as a zip, change how long recordings and summaries are kept, or delete the account. More detail is in the privacy policy.
I received an alert link as a backup contact. What is it?
Someone in a family chose you to be called if their parent needs help. The link shows one alert and lets you say "I'm going now" or "She's fine". It works once and expires after 24 hours. You do not need an account.
